Pandemic Shipping Policy
The Pandemic continues to affect supply chains causing carrier delays nationwide.
As a result, Arlowynnn's Dream can not guarantee that all orders placed by 12pm EST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped on the same business day. We continue to work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible; however, due to circumstances out of our control, you may experience longer processing, shipping and/or transit times. Thank you for your support and patience!
Free Shipping at purchase of $100
Arlowynn's Dream offers free shipping on qualifying orders totaling $100 or more. The free shipping option is available at checkout for qualifying orders.
Shipping address must be in the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded)
Order must total $100 before taxes, and after all discounts have been applied.
If you prefer to have a expedited delivery date, you have the option to decline free shipping and select another available shipping method.
Certain items are not included in the free shipping offer based on weight, including the Crystal Tumblers and Crystal Wine Goblets. Excluded items will have disclaimers in the description.
We ship via FedEx and USPS to U.S. destinations only. Shipping may take 2-5 business days from the date of shipping, based on the shipping option chosen selected at checkout, and final destination of order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Alternative carriers may be used as necessary at the discretion of Arlowynn's Dream. Final shipping costs are displayed upon checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return policy: Arlowynn's Dream is a custom crystal accessories & apparel business. Each item is either custom-designed and heat transferred, or hand-encrusted with premium glass crystals; therefore, custom products and services are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
Damaged Items: If customer receives an item that is damaged during the shipping process, the customer may either coordinate an exchange with Arlowynnn's Dream for a replacement of the same item or return the item and receive a refund for the item. To submit a claim for a damaged item, customers must email firstname.lastname@example.org (including "damaged item" in the subject line) with a description and photo evidence of the damage. Any damaged items must be reported to Arlowynn's Dream within 30 days of receiving it.
Refund Processing: When a customer is eligible for a refund, Arlowynn's Dream will initiate the refund process either by granting the customer store credit in the refund amount or by refunding the payment method used during the transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take longer and are subject to the customer’s bank policy. Once a refund is issued, Arlowynn's Dream has no control over the timeframe for which funds are transferred to costumer, and shares no responsibility for funds delayed or held by the customer’s bank.
